Engaging armed groups
How to respond to non-state armed groups is often an area of controversy and confusion. But there are many examples of dialogue and negotiation with armed groups that we can learn from. This Accord combines the voices of armed groups, governments and negotiators to highlight the opportunities and challenges of engagement.
