Tessa holds the position of Grants Manager within the South Caucasus programme, previously Tessa worked in the communications team in the London office and programme support for the Southeast Asia and Pacific team in Australia.

Prior to her work at Conciliation Resources Tessa worked across both the development and university sector providing educational, fundraising, communications and administrative coordination for local and international communities of young learners. With other varied experience across creative arts, event management and fundraising she has developed an interest in streamlining her skills into creating culturally and environmentally relevant project solutions to support not for profit organisations and marginalised communities.

Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History and Holocaust and Genocide studies from Monash University and a Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne. Tessa can speak basic Spanish, advanced English and is currently learning Russian.
