Emmanuel joined Conciliation Resources in October 2023 as Philippines Programme Officer. 

Emmanuel is a native to Cotabato City and has 15 years of experience as a humanitarian and development worker, working with UN World Food Programme, USAID, and many other INGOs in the region. He has also worked extensively in emergency response projects. Emmanuel is skilled in project management and planning, quality implementation, as well as reporting and monitoring. 

Emmanuel is dedicated in his service to the Bangsamoro people in achieving long lasting peace in the Southern part of the Philippines. His passion and dedication to work with various stakeholders and in the communities is what strives him more to inspire people of various culture to reach peace and development in the region.
