Salic Sharief, Jr. or fondly known as Exan, joined Conciliation Resources as Philippines Programme Director in 2022. Exan has more than a decade of experience working in the academe, humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sector. Previously, he served as a consultant for various international organisations and the Country Director of Equal Access International.  He was a Young Southeast Asia Leaders Initiative Professional Fellow, a recipient of the Valuable Recognition Award on Peacebuilding and Moro Tribe in March 2020 and an awardee as the Peacebuilder of the Year on Sustainable Development Goals in August 2018.
