Sabila joined Conciliation Resources in June 2022 as the Operations Assistant, then as the Programme Support Assistant in June 2023 within the Southeast Asia & the Pacific team based in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia.  

Sabila is currently in the programme support team as the Programme Support Officer. Her current portfolio focuses on the overall programme management of the Papua New Guinea, Philippines, and Pacific (Fiji & Solomon Islands) teams, which includes financial management, fundraising, policy & analysis, and MEL. Additionally, Sabila also contributes to strategic and operational planning, branch offices operation, safety & security, as well as personnel management. 

Sabila is an International Security Studies graduate with a minor in Peace & Conflict studies from the Australian National University, and strives to leverage her skills in people, project and operations management in the peacebuilding sector. 

Sabila has a passionate interest in visual storytelling as a medium in advocacy as part of the decolonisation process. Her goal is to find measurable pathways of empowerment for sustainable impact. 

Sabila speaks both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
