Patricia Mwaka Mphanza Ndhlovu
Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in law, a degree in development studies and a master’s degree in human rights law and is also a trained social worker, psychosocial counsellor and mediator. She is a gender, human rights and development practitioner with a passion for working with communities in promoting peace and development. Patricia is a member of the electoral commission of Zambia’s national conflict management committee, and has vast experience conducting counselling and mediation for electoral conflicts and gender-based violence. Patricia is also a trainer in mediation and has conducted numerous trainings for district conflict management committees in Zambia.
Patricia Mwaka Mphanza Ndhlovu is a member of Women Mediators across the Commonwealth (WMC), a network hosted by Conciliation Resources which connects women with a broad range of mediation knowledge and experience.
