Miriam Coronel Ferrer is director of the Programme on Peace, Conflict Resolution and Democratisation at the University of the Philippines and currently a member-consultant of the Reciprocal Working Committee for Political and Economic Reforms of the Government Negotiating Panel for talks with the National Democratic Front.
