He has managed grants, finance, administration, human resources, and operations functions. Hasyim's expertise in operations management has been leveraged in senior roles, including Operations Manager at the American Bar Association and the Rule of Law Initiative, and as Finance and Operations Manager at Equal Access International. Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, he served as a consultant for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), further solidifying his expertise in the field.
