Gavin leads Conciliation Resources' global support and governance structures, overseeing teams working across governance, human resources, safety and compliance, facilities and IT. Gavin is an accredited and experienced change management practitioner with expertise in fundraising, finance, safeguarding, operations, programme development and management. He has held senior operational leadership positions within the international development sector for more than 10 years. Most recently, he led Leonard Cheshire’s international education and employment inclusion programmes, as well working as an assessment and due diligence consultant for MannionDaniels on FCDO-funded programmes.
