In his role as Research Manager, Felix works across a number of cross-organisational research programmes led by the Research, Advisory and Policy Department, including the Accord publication series. His work involves liaising with consortium partners, budget oversight, and providing substantive input to research content and methodologies. Previously, he coordinated strands of Conciliation Resources' policy engagement with the European Union and UK Government and was a Steering Committee member of the Bond Conflict Policy Group.  Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, Felix worked for Mercy Corps in Central African Republic. He has a Masters in International Human Rights Law from SOAS, University of London and speaks fluent French.
