Cecile first joined Conciliation Resources in October 2017 as South Asia Programme Coordinator. She spent six and half years within the South Asia Programme, as Project Manager then Programme Manager, fundraising for and overseeing the implementation of a series of projects in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. As of September 2024, Cecile joined our East and Central Africa programme as Programme Manager where she fundraises, coordinates and manages the implementation of projects in the Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda and South Sudan.

Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, Cecile worked for five years with UNDP Zimbabwe on projects related to peacebuilding, dialogue and governance. Throughout her work, she developed a strong interest in finding innovative and collaborative ways to consolidate peace efforts both at local and national levels in complex environments. Her previous experiences were in Thailand with a grassroots organisation (Foundation for Education and Development) and in China with UNIFEM.

Cecile holds a Master's degree in International Relations with the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble (France). She speaks French and English fluently, with good working notions of Chinese Mandarin and Spanish.
