Barbara Tanne is currently, a consultant with Conciliation Resources and has 18 years hands-on of experience working with the women, girls and the communities in Peace Building, Leadership and Mentoring. Barbara’s work is made possible through working with the Civil Society Organisations and the government of Bougainville. Her greatest accomplishments have been the empowerment and mentoring of women and girls in leadership and conducting peacebuilding dialogues and mediation in the lead up to the referendum.

Barbara Tanne is a member of Women Mediators across the Commonwealth (WMC), a network hosted by Conciliation Resources which connects women with a broad range of mediation knowledge and experience.
