Anthony joined Conciliation Resources in July 2024 as a Programme Manager in our South Caucasus team, where he leads on programming in Armenia and Azerbaijan. Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, Anthony was the Programme Manager at Peaceful Change Initiative (PCI), where he founded the Europe and South Caucasus programme and oversaw programming in Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kosovo and Serbia. He was also a Senior Peacebuilding Advisor at PCI, contributing to programme design for their work in Libya. Over 20 years of peacebuilding, Anthony has worked for a variety of organisations including a UN headquarters and field office, international NGOs, a research organisation and as a volunteer with a local NGO. Outside of headquarters he has lived and worked in Sudan, Georgia and Moldova.
