Ama Afrifa-Tchie
Ama Afrifa-Tchie has built her career and expertise across several industries including start-ups, tech, professional services, legal, financial services, media and entertainment, and social enterprise. She specialises in people experience, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, mental health and wellbeing, and corporate responsibility. As Global DEI Lead and Strategic Specialist Adviser for the Norwegian Refugee Council, she is responsible for leading their work to become an even more inclusive and diverse organisation and is responsible for defining and implementing policies and measures to promote and embed an organisational culture that embraces and promotes diversity, equity and inclusion. Ama has an LLB in Law and an MA in Public Relations and Public Communications. She is a Fellow of The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce UK, and a Trustee member of MAC-UK charity. Previous Board member roles include The Boxing Academy, Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WITC UK), and Artswork.
