Laura Raicu

Laura Raicu joined Conciliation Resources as Papua New Guinea Programme Officer in May 2018.  Before joining Conciliation Resources, Laura mentored a team of local volunteers in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, working with them to address the negative impact the civil conflict had on access to education. Laura has a strong interest in addressing the traumatic effects conflicts have on forcibly displaced people and she has previously worked on supporting the settlement of migrant and refugee communities in Australia through advocacy, project management, research and policy work.

Kate Higgins

Kate Higgins joined Conciliation Resources as Pacific Projects Manager in June 2018. 

Rebecca Smith

Rebecca joined CR in November 2017 as Pacific Programme and Finance Officer. Previously Rebecca worked for the NGO Street Child as a Senior Project Manager in programme funding and contributed to two publications on girls' education in West Africa.
Rebecca holds a Masters degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge. Other languages: Spanish

Amie Kirkham

Amie Kirkham joined Conciliation Resources in October 2016 as the Bougainville Programme Officer. Previously, Amie was a Programme Coordinator at the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies (CPCS) in Cambodia where her role focused on facilitating dialogue spaces, conducting peace research, and implementing programming to support the Myanmar peace process. 

Ciaran O'Toole

Ciaran joined Conciliation Resources in 2011, after previously working with us as a Programme Associate. While with Conciliation Resources he has managed the organisation's Fiji programme, including working with Fijian NGO partners on projects related to social inclusion, multiple track dialogue and political transition. He also headed the organisation's efforts to develop and support the 2012 Fiji Constitution development process. More recently he has managed the development of a peacebuilding programme in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.
