TheKashmir Institute of International Relations (KIIR) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nongovernmental organisation that works to promote peace in South Asia, particularly through substantive dialogue between India, Pakistan, and the Jammu and Kashmir region. Conciliation Resources and KIIR work together on initiatives that focus on women’s inclusion, disaster preparedness and response and policy engagement. KIIR is based on the Pakistan side of the Line of Control in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
