This concept note outlines the rationale and methodology for Conciliation Resources’ Accord project and publication on peacebuilding in Lebanon. This document was prepared by Elizabeth Picard and Alexander Ramsbotham.  It has been informed by consultations internally within Conciliation Resources and externally with Lebanese and international experts, as well as by a closed 1-day workshop hosted by the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies in Beirut on 30 June 2011.
