For the first time, filmmakers from both sides of the Line of Control have collaboratively made a film on life in Jammu and Kashmir. Faith Divided is the second documentary of a planned trilogy on Jammu and Kashmir that highlight the impact of conflict on the lives of communities on either side of the divide. The first documentary, A Journey Through River Vitasta, has been widely screened both in the region as well as with international audiences and has been positively received.
In this video one of the Directors of Faith Divided and A Journey Through River Vitasta, Muhammad Arif Uri, and documentary filmmaker Mohammad Irfan Dar discuss what it was like to work on the project.
