Ciaran joined Conciliation Resources in 2011, after previously working with us as a Programme Associate. While with Conciliation Resources he has managed the organisation's Fiji programme, including working with Fijian NGO partners on projects related to social inclusion, multiple track dialogue and political transition. He also headed the organisation's efforts to develop and support the 2012 Fiji Constitution development process. More recently he has managed the development of a peacebuilding programme in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.
 
Previously, Ciaran was the Programme Manager for the Citizens' Constitutional Forum in Fiji. Up to this point he worked in the private sector, in senior people and programme management positions in the Middle East and Australia.
 
Ciaran holds a Masters in International Development from RMIT university, Melbourne, Australia.
