Amie Kirkham

Amie Kirkham joined Conciliation Resources in October 2016 as the Bougainville Programme Officer. Previously, Amie was a Programme Coordinator at the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies (CPCS) in Cambodia where her role focused on facilitating dialogue spaces, conducting peace research, and implementing programming to support the Myanmar peace process. 

Mimi Massala

Mimi joined Conciliation Resources’ Pacific Programme in December 2016 having previously volunteered with the South Asia Programme in summer 2015. Prior to this she worked for several UK based development charities completing short-term projects in Sierra Leone and Nepal.

Mimi holds an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam with a thesis based on field research with the Inuit hunters in Greenland. She also holds a degree in International Law and Peace and Conflict Studies. Other than English, she speaks Finnish, Swedish and some French. 

Nicolas Tillon

Nicolas Tillon joined Conciliation Resources in December 2010. He holds a Masters degree in Violence, Conflict and Development from the University of London (SOAS).

In the six years prior to joining us, Nicolas worked in several conflict-affected countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, including with International Alert in eastern DRC coordinating research and working with community organisations to enhance community dialogue in conflict areas. Languages other than English: French.

Ciaran O'Toole

Ciaran joined Conciliation Resources in 2011, after previously working with us as a Programme Associate. While with Conciliation Resources he has managed the organisation's Fiji programme, including working with Fijian NGO partners on projects related to social inclusion, multiple track dialogue and political transition. He also headed the organisation's efforts to develop and support the 2012 Fiji Constitution development process. More recently he has managed the development of a peacebuilding programme in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.
