Flora Cassels

Flora joined Conciliation Resources in September 2017 after completing a masters in Human Rights at University College London. She has previously volunteered with several organisations dealing with issues such as freedom of speech, food poverty and destitution amongst asylum seekers. Flora graduated in 2015 from the University of York with a BA in History and Politics.

Emily Deeming

Emily Deeming joined Conciliation Resources in June 2016, having worked in a number of communications roles in the not-for-profit sector. After gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in History from the University of Exeter, Emily spent six months working for Care International in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Since then she has held communications positions at the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs and Oxfam GB. Prior to joining Conciliation Resources, Emily worked as Communications Manager for international social enterprise Riders for Health.

Tom Hutchinson

Tom Hutchinson joined Conciliation Resources in June 2015. 

Giulia Girardi

Giulia joined Conciliation Resources in July 2011 as Fundraiser, after working as Programmes Officer with One World Action, an international development organisation protecting women’s rights worldwide. Previously she had worked as Programme Officer with Women Living Under Muslim Laws, an international solidarity network for women whose lives are subject to laws derived from Islam. Giulia’s voluntary experience includes roles with the United Nations Associations, Save the Children, War on Want and Emergency UK.

Sarah Bradford

Sarah joined Conciliation Resources in June 2010, with responsibility for all Conciliation Resources’ communications including the website, brand, publications and media relations. Prior to this she worked for nearly three years as Communications Manager for international humanitarian charity, RedR. Sarah also worked in the marketing and communications team at Projects Abroad where she managed the organisation's Berlin office as well undertaking UK marketing activities.
