The consultant will provide ongoing advice on the adaptive design of the climate change project. They will support adaptive work planning, project methodology design, monitoring and evaluation, provide support on the creation of tools and resources for the project, as well as, provide external facilitation support to organisational capacity development, joint partnership reviews and facilitate internal learning.

We require someone with strong interpersonal skills and proven experience supporting the implementation of partner led programmes.  Previous experience in design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation, preferably, in relation to peacebuilding programming, as well as, experience and/or knowledge of programme adaptation approaches.
